WARRANTY OVERVIEW
At St. Croix Rods our number one goal is to give anglers the upper hand, including when service is needed. Any broken St. Croix rod can be covered under the St. Croix Gold Star Warranty. Regardless of the type of damage, all rods will be replaced under the warranty, unless it is a current-model multi-piece rod with a broken tip section, in which case only the tip section will be replaced. Anglers submitting a warranty claim may specify a different model within the same rod series.

WARRANTY UPGRADE
The warranty upgrade option is a great opportunity for anglers to move into a higher-level model St. Croix Rod at a reduced rate. For rods within the warranty period, the angler will be given a credit based on their warrantied rod and will be asked to pay the difference between the credited amount and the desired upgrade model. Anglers interested in upgrading should indicate this by checking the box on the warranty webform indicating interest in the upgrade program. Anglers participating in the upgrade program will incur a $25 warranty processing fee.

Where's My Serial Number?
Since 2001, every St. Croix rod has a unique serial number.
This number is located on the rod blank just above the handle.
According to St. Croix's Service Policy, the date contained in the serial number will be used to determine the beginning of the warranty period, unless the warranty registration information was submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Where's My Model Number?
The model number can be located in a few different places.
If your model number is not located below the rod series logo,
the model number can also be located adjacent to the rods model logo
